Returns must be shipped via prepaid traceable delivery (for e.g. UPS or FedEx). Please note FedEx does not insure items valued above $500. If your item is valued above that amount please use an alternate shipping method.
The tracking number for your return must be emailed to us upon shipment.
All shipping and handling costs in connection with returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by the Returns Department to ensure that the item is in the condition it left our facilities. We charge a flat 10% restocking fee on returns.
All items shipped to any address outside the United States is considered final sale and will not be accepted as return or for exchange.
